Ultimately my long term goal is to first become a center director and then to eventually own my very own
childcare center. I have many short term activities to to get me to where I would like to be. A few of those activities are
to visit other centers to observe, ask questions for more understanding, and to ask the director for more responsibilities
that are center management related such as billing.
I have many skills/characteristics that will help me to achieve these goals such as my communication skills,
ability to lead, my patientence, motivation , and how passionate I am. I have many opportunities at my current job to
train in many areas. I will also finish school and gain an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. After that I would eventually like to go
back to school and work towards a Bachelors degree. I am sure that as I continue to learn my goal statement will change and be updated.
